Delivery and returns
All deliveries are currently sent via Royal Mail - First or Second Class as chosen by the customer.
I endeavour to ship all orders within two working days (often on weekends as well), but as this is not my only job this is not always possible. You will receive an email when your item is shipped.
If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, I will pay return shipping and refund or replace in full. Refunds and replacements on items ordered by accident, or if you change your mind after the order, are at my discretion, but I like to ensure everyone is happy if I can.
